Journal, rest, eat nourishing foods, bathe in a waterfall, experience some of Costa Rica’s most memorable places. We’ll explore the depths of womanhood through guided storytelling, insightful discussions, gentle breathwork, mindful meditation, and reflective journaling. This retreat is a space for reflection, for honoring our truth, and for rediscovering the vibrant women we are at the core.

Simply linking breath to movement can create an energetic practice regardless of pace or ability.  Whether she is teaching power vinyasa, yin, or meditation, she aims for people to feel regal, graceful, peaceful, fluid, and strong.
